I just would like to know that how to obtain Dual Citizenship ? What is the procedure of getting Indian Citizenship If we have Canadian Citizenship ? Where exactly we have to apply ? Please help me regarding this...

There is no such thing as a "Dual Citizenship" in India. You can become an "Overseas Citizen of India" but that doesn't mean you have an Indian Passport or anything. For more details check out this link

As your post was answered , there is no such thing as an Indian Dual citizenship for foreign citizens of indian origin. The new OCI card is just a visa stamped / pasted in one's canadian passport. As a person obtains a new Canadian passport every 5 yrs, the OCI visa ( remember it is a VISA ) stamp will have to be pasted / affixed on each new passport.
This is not a passport but a travel document valid only for travel to india.
i.e. you cannot go to any other country and seek admission as an Indian.
If you still want to be an Indian citizen , one as to stay in India for a few years and then apply for indian citizenship. Of course while obtianing Indian citizenship, the foreign passport has to be surrendered.
