ICAS process moves at a snail's pace. It is better to get it done sooner than later if a need for it is anticipated.

ICAS claims 2 months for the reports ..I do not know how much others take . But ICAS does not require Univ mailed transcripts which is a big bane in Indian Universities. Plus they cost almost half of CES and have the same recognition.
