i recently got the CAIPS for a freind whose AOR is March 2003 from Delhi.

The BFD Date shows Sept. 2003 !!!

Nothing after that.....

What does it mean..??
What can be done...???

Any idea ???

BFD must have "PA" written somewhere with it before the date given (i.e.September 2003). If it does, it means "file forwarded for storage" in September 2003. If PA isn't written with the BFD , I don't know what the date means.

There should also be a BF date given (not BFD) somewhere in the top half of the 4th page of the CAIPS notes. That is the date the file would be "brought forward" for review.

My AOR date is same as your friend's and my "bring forward" date (the one given on the 4th page) is Jan 2007. Your friend's should be somewhere around that time.
