URGENT - "Proof of residence of relative in Canada"

I have applied for PR in July 2004. In Jan 2006, they asked for IELTS and “proof of residence of relative in Canada”. I sent IELTS and my uncle has sent residential proof such as utility bills, credit card bills, etc… directly from Canada to CHC, London. Now they have sent a letter to me asking “the Proof of residence of relative” again and I have to submit it within 60 days. 25 days has already passed from the date on the letter. It is pre-printed standard letter format they have used. What are they really asking? Any body can help on this? Anybody had similar experience? Please advise.
