MY SET OF QUERRIES:
I HAVE MENTIONED FRENCH AS MY SECOND LANGUAGE. DO I NEED SUPPLY THE PROFICIENCY PROOF FOR THIS LANGUAGE ALSO LIKE IELTS IN THE CASE OF ENGLISH?
IS IT POSSIBLE TO ATTACH ADMISSIN CARD OF IELTS TEST AND SEND THE APPLICATION TO GET THE FILE NO. AS SOON AS POSSIBLE?
IS THE INDEPENDENT CATEGORY FORM SAME AS THE GENERIC ONE(IMM0008) FOR PERMANENT RESIDENCE IN CANADA (SKILLED WORKER CLASS).
A QUICK AID WILL BE A GREAT HELP.

To answer the first of your queries, the following is a quote from

Language ability documentation

If you are claiming language skills on your application, you must provide conclusive proof of your language skills. You must choose one of two options to do this. You can:

take a language test by an approved organization; or
provide other written documentation that supports your claim.
We strongly recommend that you take a language test from an approved organization if you are claiming skills in a language that is not your native language.

To answer the second of your queries, I think it's possible that you submit documents like the IELTS score report at the time of your interview.
