I am newly married last mth and i have a PR visa here i want to now sponsor my spouse here from india.My question is:

1] Which form should i fill

"Sponsorship Evalution (IMM 5481) "

0r

"Financial Evaluation (IMM 1283A) "


2] I am Newly Married so we don't have any Dependend childeren. So can My Spouse show his family members detail ( father, mother , brother, sister) in the form IMM 0008 E gen [ Aplication for Permanat Resident in Canada].

you should fill the Sponsorship Evalution form if u r newly married..and don;t mention family members detail ( father, mother , brother, sister) in the form IMM 0008 E gen, its only for the depended children details
