Can one right be enough to justify all the other wrongs ?
And even if we accept one right, does it mean that we shouldn't make an attempt to suggest that someone improvise ?
What's the harm ???
Do we always need to perceive criticism as negative ???
Or is it that the law of the land has taught "us" to always suck up to........whoever we can ?
.......just thinking aloud.

I want the cultures of all the lands to be blown about my house as freely as possible.
But I refuse to be blown off my feet by any.
During my short stay in Toronto, had found the TTC drivers to be polite and courteous. Once there were only a few passengers inside and I was the only one to get down. Therefore came close to the stairs opposite the driver when the bus was nearing the stop (as per Indian requirements) . The driver politely reminded that passengers are supposed to stand behind the yellow line. This I promptly obeyed. Later realised the reason, when I was flung even from sitting position from the first seat behind the driver on a Mississauga transit (driver suddenly applied the brakes).
In the particular case we are discussing, the driver may be right as he is responsible for passengers’ safety. Regarding his making unscheduled stop to get refreshments, only his boss can decide.

Right from that day, life in Canada was full of insults, missed oppertunities, exploitation, racisim, cheating etc... but now my mind has grown numb. Even when a client of ours used the F word on me , some months back, I could not fight back. The surrounding environment, living pay cheque to pay cheque, lack of job oppertunities has made me this way. Maybe you will also be like that soon.
