We have Canadian PR Card, I have H1B in USA and my wife is on H4. She got a job opportunity in Canada and I want to move to Seattle so that I can drive/fly to Canada easily.
My question is Can I fly every week to Canada (Visa is not a problem, I have valid H1B) if she takes canada offer? Will there be any problems/questions why I am flying very frequent from US to Canada?
Is anyone in same situation?
Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

-- Nope , you should be fine. I used to commute by car to work from vancouver to seattle .

If you are a Canadian PR and on H-1B in the US and making trips back and forth between Canada and the US(especially flying), sooner or later questions are bound to come up regarding your Canadian PR status.
It is quite different from living in Canada and driving to the US everyday to work.
That means if I drive to work every week from Canada to US or otherway around will be OK? Also, can I claim that as my physical presence in Canada?
Thanks in Advance
Ramesh
Ramesh, please see my reply above. Living in Canada and commuting to and from your workplace in the US is not a problem. You can claim presence in Canada. Of course this is assuming you are doing this everyday. If you are doing it once a week, i.e staying in the US for the week and coming back to Canada only on weekends or something like that, then you can claim presence in Canada for only those 2 days that you are actually in Canada.
So the 'otherway around' that you are talking about is not ok. I assume you mean, living in the US and coming to Canada on certain days.
I am assuming what you are trying to do is basically live and work in the US and come to Canada once in a while to claim presence here.
I would say that it is really not going to be worth it and getting away with it is a risky proposition at best.
