Did u know that rogers to rogers minutes for cell phone plans does not include rogers home phones??!!

i find that quite strange....

There is nothing strange here. If wireless provider gives you free minutes to and from land line then there will be no Rogers. It will be Bell Mobility in the East and Telus in the west.

if that is the case then i think rogers should have clearly told me that when i took the plan or when i called customer care a number of times. even their call center reps gave this misinformation inspite of me asking "are calls to and from rogers home phones free?'. i am pretty sure a number of newcomers have been misled into thinking so perhaps not deliberately but rogers sales guys know only that much??

I am Lazy too, I dont read Fine Prints. I pick up my phone and talk to Customer Service. I never asked them this Rogers "Home - Cell" calls are free or not. But I know Customer Service informing me that calls to Service Centres are Chargeable. Even though it is Rogers-to-Rogers.

Someone on this Board had suggested that while talking to Customer Service - dont forget to take name of the person you are talking to.

perhaps i was lazy to read the fine print... but is rogers lazy too that it did not educate its customer service personnel abt this coz they too seem to be under the same idea!!!
