Read this on another post and wanted to share as i found this really
amusing. The years in delay taken for processing immigration
applicants can sometimes take its toll.Well there may be very few
cases who may never lived till the day to see their visa, but there
are so many who can't alter the fate and consequent changes to life
because of time. Here is the case of guy who had hair on his head
while filing in his application but is in a dilemma as he has no hair
left now and CHC has asked him updated forms and photos :-))

********************************************************************
I applied in April 2001 and at that time I have very little hairs on
my head so I submitted the photographs of mine with very little hairs
on my head. And just three months ago I got my baldness problem fixed
by pasting a wig (Hair Piece) on my head and I was of the view that
if in the interview or at the air port they asked me about my hairs I
will remove my wig in person and show them that I am the same person.
But now when they are asking for the new IRPA Forms submission from
me. I am bit confused and the confusions are
1) Do I need to send my latest pictures along with the IRPA Form or
just send the Filled IRPA Form without Photographs?
2) If No Photographs along with IRPA Form then it is fine but if yes
then which photos I should submit to them I mean with my wig removed
or with my wig on my head or I should send pictures with both of the
styles (A Set of Required No of pictures without WIG and A Set of
Required No of pictures with the WIG on my head) so that they can get
the idea that I have wig planted on my head instead of the view that
I am some one else.
3) This problem is due to the fact that I have got my head shaved in
order to affix the wig with the tape on my head so without WIG It is
clearly a new face and is different from my look at the time of my
case submission in 2001 with little no of hairs on my head and
pictures I submitted at that time shows those hairs.
4) Last but not least I would like to ask that I have to submit only
the IRPA Form only or I have to submit all the other documents (e.g.
Academic Records and I D Card Copies or Police Clearance Certificate
or Letter of employment etc) with the IRPA Forms again as I have
already submitted these documents at the time of submission of my
case in April 2001.
This shouldn't be a problem. Nothing to worry about. Besides, if CHC hasn't asked for photos, he shouldn't lose sleep [or more hair] over this issue!
