Thanks to all the fellow CDs who have replied. My friend is not a very computer savvy person, and is not very proficient in using some of these forums etc. Hence I take the responsibility to find some answers for him (he is getting there...). Now one more question from me.. Can his wife take up some employment soon after landing? Do they warrant some permissions/visa requirements?

It is about you dream as what you want to do in life. If your dream is come to Canada then come but don’t ever give up your dream after coming. Keep pursuing your dreams and you will achieve the success.
