I believe Bell and Rogers have blocked their channels for dish. If you take FTA signal from an American satellite it should not be illegal here. Americans do not have jurisdiction across border and that is the reason they also changed their network to block channels.
Does any one knows Ultra2000 will ever work again? Thank you.

Is any of the FTA receivers working? I thought they are done for good..
