Hi Guys,

I have booked an appointment to apply for a visitor visa to US from Toronto. The application package mentions that I have to pay the $100 application fee at a Scotia Bank.

The package mentions that I can print the ScotiaBank deposit slip from http://www.amcits.com/deposit.pdf and that I have to print "all 4 copies of the Scotia Bank Deposit Slip."

When I open the file from the mentioned link it has only 3 pages. So my question is that will I get the 4th copy from the ScotiaBank?

I gave them cash ($100 USD) for my Business Visa. They gladly accepted it.

The fourth copy is customer copy (yours) and that is missing. I think you'll be ok. Well, you can't do much if the document is not there. Scotia Bank may give you a separate stamped receipt. Also, ask them where the fourth copy is.
