I am planning to go next weekend ... Let me understand this a bit more carefully.
I am sure to come back with iPhone - which will be roughly 400 USD. Now I definitely will have to pay Canadian Taxes. If items are this small & can be in use while driving back - why even do I care to declare?

Hi Maharaj
If you bought an IPhone from US , what service provider will you use it with to operate it in Canada ?
-----------------------------------------------------------------
We will find a way or we will make one
GSM provider - Rogers or Fido.
Ofcourse you need to crack the phone first. I mean, Unlock it.

Perhaps you should read about the unfortunate Apple faithful who applied the iPhone 1.1.1 update and have now ended up with a brick.
These are LEGAL users that I am referring to.
