Here is the Pizzaa hut ingredients document from their website. I couldn't find much in the document about veggie pizza:

Any thing which has cheese including pizza should be termed as non veg as 'Microbial enzyme' or 'Rennet' is a main ingredient of cheese.

Pizza Hut serves Veggi Pizza, are they also using Animal fat?
Any idea? I know they bake and not fry it, still would like some reviews?

How is Rennet different from the yogurt bacteria? If Yogurt is vegetarian , then cheese should be too

Rennet (pronounced /ˈrɛnɪt/) is a natural complex of enzymes produced in any mammalian stomach to digest the mother's milk.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rennet

Cheese is a solid food made from the milk of cows, goats, sheep and other mammals, by coagulating the milk. This is accomplished by first acidification with a bacterial culture and then employing an enzyme, rennet (or rennet substitutes) to coagulate the milk to "curds and whey."[1]

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cheese

Rennet is an enzyme mixture traditionally obtained from the stomach lining of young cattle, but now also laboratory produced. Vegetarian alternatives to rennet are available; most are produced by fermentation of the fungus Mucor miehei, but others have been extracted from various species of the Cynara thistle family.

My only concern is who knows if the rennet is from a mammals stomach or artificially produced.

The only veg cheese I know of is the PC goats milk cheese, which we regularly eat.

Some of the Indian Style Pizza companies use Rennet Free Cheese. I did not go into too much details but if cheese is Rennet free we eat that.
