Which appeal do you want the Australians to withdraw .
Harbajan has been charged by the match refree and now he is appealing against his order. The Austarlians could withdraw the appeal before the judgement by Mike Procter.
BCCI has again shown its lack of grey matter. They should have insited on the appeal to be heard before they start of the Perth test as that would have put some pressure on ICC to have the issue resolved. As per the ICC code of conduct the appeal has to be heard within a stipulated time frame & BCCI should have insisted on this .........

That's a typo, I meant the Aussies are NOT withdrawaing their complaint agianst Harbhajan.

Top this all off with a drubbing we're likely to receive in the Perth test and we've got the perfect recipe for comprehensive humiliation.
Given that the clowns in BCCI have bungled this up royally, the only hope now is India puts up a decent performance in the remainder tests. I'm not betting any money on it though...
