So Hayden now calls Harbhajan a obnoxious weed! He's losing his sanity witht the hair, but I wonder how the Indian team is going to respond. The response really should come from the team, not BCCI here.

Here it is..
http://www.rediff.com/cricket/2008/feb/27hayden.htm

This is clear case of rascism...why is he let off with just a warning? Ofcourse they cannot duck his match fees since he was not playing when interviewed, but they duck his 'interview' fees..

I think it is a common sense that the indian team should learn how to abuse/sledge without being caught like the other teams do it. They should admit they dont have that 'skill' to abuse without being caught on screen or mic or by the umpire.

Besides, we should give up the attitude to accept other teams abuse and start lodging complaints for every 'f***' word used during the play by the opposition. Just build an pile of complaints and make ICC busy with all these hearings.

Kumble's gesture (of taking back the complaint) towards Brad Hogg will never be remembered or recorded in statistics, but Harbhajan and Ishant will be recorded, even though it was Symonds in both cases you instigated them. There will be no Symonds ever in the guilty column of statistics, but maybe in the victim columns he will have the highest number of entries.

No doubt it will go into history (statistics) that most indian players have been found guilty and fined for violating ICC codes on field while the fact is ours is the much better behaved side compared to other notorious one. Lesson learnt? Will have to wait and see and I can bet my money, they will not learn this lesson ever. For once I will be happy if I lose my money on this issue.

Shastri and Gavaskar can speak only in the TV studios, why dont they take up the case strongly in ICC? After all they are officially associated with BCCI and have the power and access.

You are right Hiren...Aussies are the ones who initiate and very conviniently play victim and tell us to 'Shutup and play cricket' :cuss:

I find it ironical that the highly racially abused, misunderstood and shattered Andrew Symonds did not hestitate one moment before accepting the $1.35m offer from the IPL.
He will be playing for Hyd.

If that clown had any self-respect or shame or if any of his allegations were truly, he would have turned down the offer and not play in a racial country like India.

Just goes to show what a bunch of low-life, scheming, slimy pieces of sth these Down Underers are.
In other words, they are the real "obnoxious weeds".

Man oh Man, am I loving this or what.

1. India U-19 win the cup.
2. India beat the crybabies Australia in the first final.
3. Harbhajan walks free from the stupidest of allegations...

I'm now in awe of Bhajji. He may be a bit brash, but he's a pretty tough guy and we need those. let's see, he's taken abuse from the Aussie team, the aussie commentators, aussie media, now the Aussie crowds and still stood strong!

What's next? I think the only option left is for the Australian military to step in here with their battleships and fighter jets to take on Harbhajan! :p

Seriously, what a bunch of low-lifes some of these Aussies cricketers are. Their media (save a few sane people) are a pathetic bunch of morons who coulnd't spell fairness to save their life.

I hope India wrap it up tonight. To me, this win would mean a lot more than any World Cup.

And the BOX that he did with Yuvraj.

These guys have really got under the skin. After each ball, three guys would walk up to pitch ... clap, scream and you see Aussie head turning. Position that Uthappa took for couple overs right next to runner, Bhajji was right next to pitch. It was well thought out process.

I think, Prasad, Robin & Rajput has lot to do with the Turn Around after World Cup. Bowlers have done exceptionally good. They have plan for each batsman and have followed it. All other teams just have to grab the video footage of this series and follow it.

Team India ... Lets Terminate the Series today itself. One more game and it will be over - you all can come home sooner.
