Don't just look at it from the monetary perspective. Take a broader look.

I say no.
If you are happy there, getting a good salary and living in a good place like Bangalore, among friends and family (financially and spiritually satisfied) , then there is no need to become an immigrant and go through the painful process of restaring your life again and having to prove yourslef in all fields of life again..
IMHO of course.

I once made a mistake, but I was wrong about it.
1 man s posion is another 1s food as I oft say
Either ways it will be a long lasting choice coz u need 2 give the best 2 either of the choice ..... and u can b successful either way .
I suggest enlist the things u wish 4 in life --- job ,career , position, money ,leisure , society , culture ---------check what ur current job in India can give u after say 5 years ..... Then compare it with where u wud b in Canada 5 yrs hence (difficult I know but possible 2 foresee) and finally comapre the 2 options and judge .
B4 deciding y not spend a month in Canada vacationing and searching 4 a job this getting a hang of the place also . Then u can move back 2 B lore and the option will b open 4 u 4 the next 3 years !!
