Hi,
I am worker here in Toronto and its time to have my visa extended now. But i have to sent my passport to Buffalo have the visa extended. I am traveling to India in a months time and hence don't want to sent it by mail as the processing time is around 1 month. I am busy during the week days and hence cant go there personally nor do i have a friend to do that for me.
Does any one know an agency like VFS ( visa facilitation center in India ) here in Toronto who will sent my passport to buffalo and have it stamped for me

They are trying to accomplish all of these services from within Canada, without going to Buffalo. Please contact the CIC center or http://www.211toronto.ca/Gatekeeper?WebAppId=fht&RequestedSubmitAction=OrgInfo&searchKey=orgid&searchValue=MET0142
They will guide you.
Also there are legal services that have been doing these for ages. They all are
listed in the yellow pages.(Immigration services) Cost about 200 + costs. You
will have to provide them with an authorization to do that. They will direct you
to their web site for printing out a form and signing of the same, delegating them to do your work. After you get that form printed and signed, include it with your Passport and then courier to them, with the required fees. It could a M.O. or a Draft, some times a credit Card. After it gets done and it returns back to them, they will courier it back to you. You pay for all of the costs.
Make sure that there is some one at your home or at work place to receive the same on your behalf. Otherwise, it will go back to the legal rep. You will be back to square ONE, where you started.
