I just downloaded Active Desktop 7.52.... seems to be a great application... Thanks a lot Yank.

Use Microsoft Outlook. Add your 'tasks to do' under 'Tasks'. It's got calender as well. Add it to the 'Windows startup'.

I use it and it works for me pretty well. Besides, you do not need to download/install any other application.
