In my recent blood test I found out that I have a over active thyroid (boderline) the doctor says he does not want oto give me medicines yet because it is boderline and he also says there is not much I can do abt it.

You have already seen a doctor. What kind of help do you expect from a public forum?

Funny indeed...discussing your medical condition over the internet.
The better option will be to get a second opinion. Go to a walk in clinic or ask your family doc for a reference to a specialist.

Individual cases may differ. My understanding related to thyroid related illness (and treatments) is that, they are hormone related. You may not want to follow some one else's treatment.

I think that confused others.
To others - now that it is clear that the OP is asking for, please offer any insight or experience you may have (such as lifestyle changes, emotional conditioning or whatever) and not any specific medical treatment.
