I will suggest you to check new occupation list, check if your job and responsibilities are mentioned there. Also you can file your application by your own but consultants only ensure that you have provided complete set of documents and there are no shortcomings in your application. A small mistake can lead to rejection of your application. Atleast you can check your eligibility from consultant and they dont charge for this.
It takes one year time for processing application. Feel free to contact for any further clarification.
