However, a job offer letter is not enough.
You will need to submit the positive labour opinion from HRSDC as well, which is to be obtained by the employer.
Some jobs are exempt from the labour opinion so your employer's legal representative needs to do that research.
If you are in a regular IT field, it is extremely unlikely that you can avoid the labour opinion process.
Just showing up with a printed job offer letter isn't gonna cut it with the consulate.
But, that's not your problem - the company's legal representative should know all this and should be advising you accordingly.
If you have a genuine offer of employment from a genuine company, they shouldn't be leaving you alone to fend for yourself like this - they should be guiding you through the entire process.

I planned to do one year diploma course in human resources management. Can anyone suggest which university is providing the diploma course.
