Just an easy query ( as last time i get few answers).
Can i send few things to CANADA before i arrive as an immigrant.

If you to instruct the shipper accordingly.
Most shippers in this part of the world like UPS know about this.
I don't know whether someone else can clear them on your behalf /before/ you have completed your landing.
