I am sure you did it right...but did you submit the passports after the link shows that documents have arrived at Toronto? Because, I was told not to show up at VFS until the tracking website shows the documents available at Toronto.
I guess you just need to keep calling them. Crazy process, to say the least.
You just had to submit the passports, right? Nothing else?

Hi Dimple,
Yes I did submitted the PP after the site reported as" Docs received at Toronto", however their site also indicates to submit the PP after 10 days of dispatch of docs from India even if the site does not reports otherwise.
Yes and I submitted the PP only , nothing else.

Finally I got my OCI card along with the original PP back yesterday.

No, only USD certified cheque/draft for $275.
For originals - They need Cdn passport, old indian passports, landing paper, citizenship paper (not the citizenship wallet card) and spouse's landing paper (if married).
For photocopies, two sets of the above. For passports, all relevant pages must be photocopied. Typically, those are the biometric page(s), any corrections that may have been noted, last page (indian pp), any other pages that contain details such as ECNR, foreign exchange, etc (on indian passport), and pages that show landing stamp, etc, etc.
The VFS page - in.vfsglobal.ca gives all the details.
