check this link out:

http://www.workingincanada.gc.ca/report-eng.do?area=9219&noc=4112&province=35&action=final&display=union

Working in Canada is a new tool developed by the federal government to assist people in learning more about specific jobs. Its actually a good website that I use for my work quite a bit as it has many resources listed in the links provided.

You did not mention what province you are in/moving to, but if it is Ontario, you may wish to contact the Ontario Bar association.

http://www.cba.org" rel="nofollow">LINK (The ontario site points you to the Canadian/national site as well. Take a look at this).

To know this process you should have asked this question from a lawyer only.

So here are the details :

http://www.flsc.ca/en/about/about.asp

send your documents like marksheet, application, council registration document,
$ 525, letter from bar association of good standing to National Committee on Accreditation c/o Federation of Law Societies of Canada, World Exchange Plaza,
45 O’Connor, Suite 1810,Ottawa, Ontario,Canada K1P 1A4

After sending your doc you will be required to visit your Law dept and then request to send academic transcript to NCA.

After receipt of all these . NCA will access your qualification and will recommend and tell as to in which examination you will have to appear. Minimum will be 4 exams. If some one has scored less than 50% in any year in law then his application is rejected.:(

Go through the website and your every question will be answered there.
