No one does business for gratis. They will not be in business if they do not charge fees or have other means to make revenue.
There are always differences between institutions based on demand and supply of currency.
Iceberg was trying to explain it with humour....
If you as a customer is satisfied that is what counts.

that's not true, there is so many provider in market that are giving better rate than bank & sending free money transfer.

While there are many providers in the market, they are in the business to make money. There are definitely not here for charity.
Rates and spreads vary due to many factors.
"Free" is a misnomer. It is presented in such a way to attract attention and business.
