You won't find anybody in the money transfer business, who does it at no charge. Even if they claim to do so, they earn through lower exchange rates. As for service fee, call western union, State bank of India (Canada) , ICICI & Moneygram.

Do a Google search for their contact information. Hope this helps.

No there is so many places they are not charging anything,
I usually do at

DAVE'S CONVENIENCE STORE,
284, ORENDA ROAD,
BRAMPTON, ON

They donot charge me if i send more that 2000$,
Also I am usually get way better rate than ICICI, STATE BANK OF INDIA,
WESTERN UNION,

TRY OVER THER,

Ever heard of 'jugal bandhi' ?

So your friendly neighbourhood store would offer me spot ? OK I want to send 5K to India ? Can you confirm they would not charge a spread and all deals will be at spot ?

As it's convenice store & doing money transfer through
WALL STREET FINANCE,
THEY WILL PROVIDE YOU PRINTED RECEIPT,
I JUST CALL THEM THEY GIVE ME RATE TO SEND 5000
IS 43.50
ALSO I CALL ICICI BANK THEY GIVE ME RATE 43.23
SO OVER THEY AROUND 25CENTS MORE THAN ICICI & IT'S NO FEES
