Hi there,
I applied for my immigration about a year and half back. I got my medical documents in January 2010, i found there was an error in my name printed on it. As i do not have my surname printed in my passport, so canadian consulate printed my given name as my surname and left the given name column blank. I faxed to the consulate twice but did not get any reply for 6 weeks. SO i did my medical and now i got my passport request for visa issuance and i am going to send my passport soon. i am worried if they will do the same mistake again in my visa documents print my given name as surname and left given name column blank. it it happens please suggest me what should i do? will there be any trouble while landing or when applying for my sin, health card and DL.
Thank you all

dont worry doctors in the hospital would make changes. there was a mistake in my son's name, the doctor corrected the mistake. copr comes with the visa. if the mistake remains it would be displayed on the visa too. CHC would again reisuue the visa taking 90 days more. copr should be 100% correct , please check it properly including genders, go through it several times.
