Importing used house hold items and furniture to canada from Usa

Hi ,
I am a canadian citizen and I have the American green card too and I am currently living in the USA but I am thinking of moving back to canada
so my question was :
1) will I be able to bring all my household and furniture in
a truck to canada?
2) will I have to pay tax or any other expences for that?
3) how and where do I have to star the whole process from?

1) YES. Only used items. But it will cost you a Dollar a pound and all of the other troubles. So, sell all of he heavy items and collect the cash and fold it in your wallet. Anything you can carry in your wallet is a lot cheaper to bring home.
Do carry expensive items and sentimental ones back with you in person.
2) No taxes on used items. The expenses incurred in transportation are very high.
