Milton has newer developments and good community but travel is bit of pain. Direct Train to Downtown but costs $10 approx one way. 401 is brutal from Milton to HWy 10.

One of my friend moved there in 2009 and misses mississauga. Everyweek he has to come to Mississauga for grocery shopping (desi stuff).

Everyone has a different investment preference and I prefer to invest in relatively close to home. I live in London you can easily see my property. She calls me all the time to offer investments in England, Scotland and Wales. Often, these flows are very low, and although it may seem appealing, there are areas that are completely unknown.

This information is hot of the burner.

This is an actual quote of a White home owner from Milton and confirmed by a Realtor from Mississauga.

There are 2 Tamil Gangs on a gang war with a Black gang. The white gangs are opposing these gangs.

The police is keeping quiet and want the tamil gangs to fight with the black gangs and finish each other off.

This is very similar to Scarborough/Markham.

Do your investigation before plunging into Milton.

Mississauga is more preferab;e as close to Toronto and accessible where as Milton is way beyond. But again there are many good areas specially those newly developed and still developing.
Call me Paresh Desai 647-832-2369 if you want to visit these and compare for urself.

Hi,

Milton is a hot destination for making investment in real estate. Right now its prices are quite less as compared to Mississauga prices, but within a few years Milton will pass Mississauga.

What is the expected growth in % in next few years? In how many yrs property will double?
