How to obtain Open work permit at Port of Entry

Dear All,

My wife holds post graduate open work permit, I am going to get single entry TRV. Now i want to get open work permit at port of entry. How do i get it ? what are documents required for the same.

you have to apply it either at your country of citizenship or country of current residence or once you enter here on TRV you have to apply at Vegreville and then go to border to activate it. You will not get it directly at PoE with your Indian passport.
