hey am sort of new to this discourse and i have heard a lot about racial profiling, discrimination etc.. my one and only simple suggestion is when one has more financial and political power, the ball games changes.. whereever one may live...if one is politically and financially strong, everyone is willing to listen to you.. maybe the dynamics need to change or lets say is in the process of changing...
