How to apply for Visa extention if once rejected

Hi,

We are on Work permit. My mother in law is staying with us on Visitor Visa. Her visa got expire on Sep so we applied for extension on Aug. We just came to know that Extention got rejected .

Rejection happen as our work permit was in implied status in Aug. We have got extended work permit now , can we apply again or she need to leave the country immidiatly.

Please advice. Regards,

She doesn't have to leave the country. Apply again with proper reasons for extension. If the permit is already expired, apply with restoration. If 90 days passed after the expiry, then let her leave the country soon, to avoid future complications.
