My neighbours uncle has encountered with a difficult situation.
Hes in Canada for the past almost 4.5-5 yrs his pr card will expire on DEC ,27/10.And his Indian passport expired on Aug 2010
Hes planning to apply for Canadian citizenship .
1:Whats the time frame we are looking at in getting a Canadian passport?
2:Whats the time frame we are looking at getting pr renewed?

Add some weeks after citizenship for Canadian passport.
