Hi folks'

Can somebody in this forum give me an idea as to where I can find lamb and mutton at a reasonable price anywhere in GTA. The meat need not be halal.

Most Indian/Pakistani stores carry it.

Most large Chinese/oriental stores carry it too.

Several oriental stores in the Dundas/Hwy 10 area or the Mississauaga Chinese Center (east of Dundas/Cawthra) have several such stores.

Check with Superstore .... there is one in Brampton and they have both Goat & Lamb.... we tried lamb in different stores but found the one in Superstore is very good.
Most of the stores carry goat meat only.

Is there any place in Ottawa to buy Mutton (goat meat)?

In Australia Mutton is meat from Sheep and not Goat Meat. Goat Meat is not same as Mutton. Lamb meat - are the young ones of Sheep, like Veal meat- young ones of Cow

What about in Canada Is Mutton goat meat or sheep meat ?
