Hi all CD's,
One of our family friend is going India on Vacation for one month and i want to send my 10 years old son with them.
I am going to apply for visitor visa for my son at present all papers are ready but on VFS website said we have to provide the
"No objection letter from either of the parents if the child is traveling with one parent. Or both parents should sign the application for visa"
ref link
http://in.vfsglobal.ca/visa.aspx
Above statement is making me little bit confused first says to provide a no objection letter and second statement says parents should sign the application.
We both are going to sign on application for visa, still do we needs to provide no objection letter or not?
is any specific letter or any related inputs will be much appriciated.
Regards
You can both sign the form and write a short letter on a plain paper stating that both of you have no objection to your kid travelling alone to India.
No objection letter format ..... you will have to give a copy of this to your friends also.
