PARENT SUPER VISA - Previously Visitor Visa rejected

Hi All,

I am planning to apply for my father on SUPER VISA category. I did fulfill all the criteria about the finacial but the only problem is that their Visitor Visa was rejected twice in 2009 based on regulation :179 ( weak family tie in india).

What is my options?. Does anybody parents got "Super Visa" whose prvious attempt for visitor visa was rejected.

Please provide me what kind of document should i provide to satisfy the visa officer.

No Visa is guaranteed.

Rejections are normal and do not worry much about earlier rejection.

Just work on best possible documentation now for "super visa" and apply.

Hi,

My father got visa and stayed with me 1.5 years and went back home.

The previous visa rejection due to my mother medical condition. As my mother passed away and he is in good health, i think they have granted him visa.

I will be very happy to assist you if you have any question.
