I am at the tail end of renovating my house - I will be selling my house shortly. I have spoken to a few real estate agents, but haven't found one who is interested in an exclusive listing arrangement.

I do know the great lengths some real estate agents go to help sell properties for their clients their services are just great, but I just can't afford their commission plus the HST over that.


Does anyone has a personal experience selling their house through COMFREE or PROPERTYGUYS? Would you like to share them with me?
