Acanac is a rogers reseller assuming u have Cable internet.
The reason ur modem needs to be rebooted could be
1> Modem going bad.
U will need to contact Acanac and let them figure out how to deal with this.
2> Network upgrades by Rogers needing Modem reboots..
This can be frequent sometimes depending on area and congestion.
I have had to reboot my modem 4 times in the last 1 year.. Which is not any different from when i was with Rogers

wow... lots of people here having problems with Acanac contradictorily to my very satisfied customer experience for 4-5 years
I guess I should get ready for having troubles with them too one of this days !!!
They do have a phone number you can reach from morning 9 to midnight, 5 days a week. But if something happens in weekends, you are basically stuck. I haven't felt any need in this years to call them except when moving but this can be a very annoying thing when you are in trouble.
