Acanac is a rogers reseller assuming u have Cable internet.
The reason ur modem needs to be rebooted could be
1> Modem going bad.
U will need to contact Acanac and let them figure out how to deal with this.
2> Network upgrades by Rogers needing Modem reboots..
This can be frequent sometimes depending on area and congestion.
I have had to reboot my modem 4 times in the last 1 year.. Which is not any different from when i was with Rogers
