Hi team,
I want to invite my parent to Canada
whether my father should have same name in his passport as his name in my passport?
eg. in my passport my father name is xyz but in his passport is abc
Please advise

Your Father is 'abc'. When you were born he was 'abc' You should have a Birth Certificate that says that your Father was 'abc', in that document. Use that document to prove that HE IS YOUR FATHER and he is 'abc'.
Also, if you had a name change, just in case, include such a document that gives all of the details, such as date of change, location and if any announcements or any publications associated with that name change, available on you. If they are copies, then, NOTARIZE them.
ALTERNATELY...: Go to a lawyer and sign an AFFIDAVIT to that fact. Make a few EXTRA copies... you will need them in the future...
