I like you both.
One does black magic.
The other does not believe in it.

Rope trick... tie one end to qutub minar and other one to white house. land right there in the middle ...Obama's lap. ;-))
If you studied in the USA or if you are highly qualified, you have a good chance to get in. Also, a few with families living in the USA can also sponsor their relatives. If you also have a family, you can make a request and get sponsored, if they do, then, and you will wait your turn.
• Step 1: File a Petition
( THEY DON'T CALL IT AN APPLICATION)
• Step 2: Assemble Documents and Return Visa Forms
• Step 3: The Visa Interview Appointments
• Step 4: The Medical Examination
• Step 5: The Day of the Interview
• Step 6: The Visa Adjudication
• Step 7: After You Receive Your Visa
Remember, during the entire visa application and interview process, you must tell the truth and give complete and accurate information. If you do not, your visa will be delayed or you may be found ineligible for a visa that you may have qualified for otherwise.

Visas AND TYPES
An immigrant visa is a document issued by a U.S. consular officer abroad that allows you to travel to the United States and apply for admission as a legal permanent resident (LPR).
An immigration inspector of U.S. Customs and Border Protection of theDepartment of Homeland Security makes the final decision as to whether or not to admit you as an LPR.
Once you are admitted as an LPR, you generally have the right to live and work in the United States permanently. U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services of the Department of Homeland Security will mail your permanent resident card (often called a “green card”) to your new address in the United States, usually within three months of your entry into the United States.
Common Types of Family Immigrant Visas

F3.. Married son or daughter of an American citizen
F4.. Brother or sister of an American citizen
Fiancé.. These are really non immigrant visas, but the immigrant visa section processes these because they are similar to immigrant visas
K1.. Fiancé wishing to marry a US. Citizen in the U.S. and then become legal permanent resident
K2.. Child of a K1
K3.. Spouses of U.S. citizens who have an I-130 on file, which is still being processed by USCIS
K4.. Child of a K3
There are lawyers with popular names that sounds like nanga nada and others who help people to immigrate into the wild blue yonder for a nice fee. But if you are on the Northern side of the border, which happens to be here, after settling down here we can tell you all about the TN Visa. (TN, does not stand for Tamil Nadu.) We just get it done for Tea N Cookies.
Are you per chance happens to be a Very Highly Qualified lady?
Good Luck to you, just the same.
