To all friends.

Presently i am in india & recently i have come across a website link removed which is having partnership with advertising information deleted. This institute is offering courses for class 1 driving and also forklift driving. According to my previous back ground and profile i felt i am suitable for forklift driving and planning to apply. Kindly note i am from india and have to secure visit visa to join the course. after completion of course the certification i will get makes me eligible to secure a job as a forklift driver in edmonton. But after working for 1 - 2 years still i may not be eligible to apply under canadian experience class PR as fork lift driving NOC Comes under C Category job. And atleast to apply for PR in a canadian exp class at least B category job is mandatory.

In view of the above i wanted to confirm if i may follow the route as below:-

1. The consultancy issues an INVITATION LETTER and based on this we have to apply for visit visa. Now here i wanted to confirm whether they will issue the visit easily or is tough. I am a govt employee in india but based on such type of invitation letter from a institute which is offering technical courses what queries may be asked by the VISA officers. pls express views.

2.After joining the job as a forklift driver can i join any certificate course in crane operation by part time so that based on such certification after completing my contract of employment i may apply for crane operator's job with a new employer. Doing so will render me eligible to work in an in demand occupation so that subsequently i amy apply for PR Under canadian experience class.

Please express views if i am correct or wrong some where.

Thanks to all and waiting for replies. Best regards

Hello MB,

There are no part time courses for crane operators. The Fork lift truck dtiver's course lasts only for a week. You have to obtain a visa to enter Canada. They will not issue to you a visitor's visa with the letter of sponsorship from any operators of a forklift course. If they do, they will collect some money for the letter and hope you succeed with thier invitation. It could be a scam also.

There is a category of Immigrants called Federal Skilled Trades. I will provide you with a link. Work with this and look into NOC 7371. There is a demand for those who qualify under this number. Also, the EXPRESS COUNTER OPENS on 2nd Jan. 2015. So, enter into Canada then.

IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS.:
1) Language skills. : IELTS
2) Proof of funds 12,000/24,000 Dollars.
3) Proof of training or qualification at the required level
4) MINIMUM Required Experience.
5) Excellent Health.
6) Additional training First Aid, Whmis, CBT/Crane testing. NCCCO/CCO also, Comprehensive knowledge on each Hand Books, forms and applications.

Good Luck.

Thanks for your views and suggestions. But one thing is clear from their website that the representative is genuine. He is listed in the legal representative list provided in the canada immigration website if . still i want to make it sure if it is good to follow this route.

In fact they are conducting courses in lots of fields like- HEAVY TRUCK DRIVING, FORK LIFT, OIL AND GAS, PROJECT MANAGEMENT , SECURITY GURD AND STILL OTER COURSES.

In fact i was not eligible for Truck driving as i am holding license for last 15 months and theyask for 5 years driving record which i am not eligible.

So anybody who is in alberta or edmonton may please call or visit the site AND PLEASE SUGGEST ME IF IT IS POSSIBLE TO Apply for the said courses.

They say after working for few years say 1 to 2 years we may be promoted by our employer so that later we may apply under experienece class.

Please experess your views and suggestions and pls just have a visit to this site once atlest to et an idea of how their system works.
