Driving to Canada by own car
Hi All,
I'm seeking opinions of all of you guys regarding driving own car while crosing the canada border. I am planning to visit canada this chirstmis by driving own car which is registered in US. I am a canadain PR and owning a US registered car, will there be any issues or problems while crossing the border with this car
1) Do immigration peoples checks that somebody PR of canada driving owned US car.
Your advise will be appreciated.

If you are coming back to Canada for permanent basis then it is better to sell your car in US and then rent an Ontario plate car from AVIS and then drive to Canada.
Cars having USA plates can raise lot of questions at the border.
