This week end, being a long one, did not have ample time at my disposal to give you a current list. I am on my way out through the door as I drop this to you.

This one is THREE months old and I know that there are better ones that I have found since then.

Please do your own DD and move forward. Also keep us posted, if you have found some one better.

All of them give you an indicative rate. The final rate when its actually posted is always different.

Some charge fees for transfer , some don't . If they don't charge a fee they make up for it in the exchange rate.

If its not a big amount usually it doesn't make a big difference a few pennies ..here and there.

All of them are pretty much the same..except for a few pennies here and there.

I have used ICICI and I know others who have used Citibank , SBI etc..it all came to almost the same.

See your convenience, ease of transfer and how secure and reliable and fast it is to transfer the money as opposed to the few pennies in difference in exchange rate. Its not worth it in the long run.

Of course if its a huge difference in rate ( which rarely is the case ), go for it.

But watch for hidden fees etc, if the rate is too good.
