Surprisingly I was not late for work and day is better so far.

As people say it's just that we need to prioritize.

Glad that this thread is changing something and induce us to think/introspect.

after reading entire post now I am comparing myself each and every moment with OP's original article and feeling that am I going through the same stage??

BTW, good sex life is one of the most import thing in Man's life too....this is the common issue with mid-age peoples when both partners loosing interest in Sex life causing so many side effects..

Normally people never understand that what is going on with their life and than most of people feels lonely and negative in their life..

Feeling more comfortable at night after 10.30 p.m. after long working hours and everyone on bed and sleeping (including wife) and start to watch my own interest Movie, sports, News, comedy, etc....believe me that half hour to one hour give me a more boost in the life....No disturbance at all and your own time too...

Of Couse, Once in a month party..sharty is going to give a huge boost in the life....but most of the time is not possible for everyone.

Just two cents from my side...

Very well identified RBO - after long working day-this is the best time for Man to get some relax/peace......and watch something good.

this is the answer for those Wives / mothers who always wonder why their husband or son has hard time in waking up early morning despite dozens of promises in past that he will try hard to wake up early . :)

The best time after everyone falls asleep. No one to judge me for what I am watching ;). Dil khush ho jaata hey!

My cable subscription on the other hand only pays up for Indian 'saas-bahu' channels.

Also, to note that most of us spend our days while sitting on the office desk. Consider this, the article in National Post: Office workers are sitting too much and it’s killing them:

Take care of yourself, while making money :)
