my son was born outside canada after i landed with my family in 2010. he has been staying with us on TRP now i applied for his sponsorship papers to missiauga office 3 months ago. Today i got the reply that i have to send my papers to backlog reduction office ihn vancouver on campassionate and humanitarian ground. i am totally confused about that why are referring my case to vancouver ?

can anybody help me in finding out what to do now

With your statement, my guess would be that your child may not qualify for immigration / sponsership in the normal way as you may not have informed the immigration in a proper time regarding his/her birth.

So they are refering you to H&C office on H&C grounds which you will surely get as it is your child.

Instead of asking in CD, you better ask a lawyer. Also contact your community centre. They do have access to lawyers who will do it for. free Pro-Bono as it is called.

tell them that your salary is very low and they will help you for free.

I do not see any difficulties associated with your application, if and when you complete and submit your son's papers for Immigration to Vancouver Offices. Take a second look at the papers submitted and go over the same once more, just to make sure that it is complete and no details and associated papers are missing. Also read the link provided below to know why it is heading to Vancouver. (Just for your Info)
