Hello CD,
I guess, many people have to maintain their status in Canada to put their immigration file and again i guess, some people might study through private college and maintain status.
Just want to know good and bad experience about the decision many have made in past. Please share some experience here, so at least other people who have no idea about it, can think in more proper way.
Just let us know how many have gone through private college.
I am not sure if applying through a private college in canada can help you in maintaining status in canada.
you should first spent 2 yrs in canada, as that is a PR obligation, to complete 2 yrs out of 5 yrs in Canada.
And then wherever you go, come back and spent 2-3 weeks in canaada. like visit canada every 6 mths or less.

Unable to understand your question.
Do you mean to actually say getting immigration or maintain status. they are two different things. You maintain status by living in Canada 2 out of five years - it has no connection with your occupation. But you have to be a landed immigrant to 'maintain status'. I think you might be wanting to know how to get immigration thru a student visa. Please clarify.

Sumprit, I mean this specific condition "And then wherever you go, come back and spent 2-3 weeks in canaada. like visit canada every 6 mths or les" is no longer mentioned on the CIC website for maintaining a PR status, as long as you are 2 years in canada out of each five years, in whatever distribution of days.
