It again leads us back 2 the post yday in which sm1 has elicited shift in Immig Policy from educated pros to skilled guys . Yeah these r 2 DIFFERENT categories --- skilled blue collared 1s and white collared pros .If u call the white ones and make them do blue collared jobs then definitely theres smthing wrong .Doesnt happen in the US or even in the ME--- white collared guys do their jobs and blue collared theirs .
