I am from India and I keep visiting US for work (IT worker), I want to move to Canada and I heard and read a lot of Canadian Sob stories and some sprinkling of sucess stories. Well I feel better preparation Prior to landing in Canada is essential for success in Canada, secondly our mindset should be such that we should not expect much from Canada, then we can easily be successful in Canada, if people are migrating to Canada from UK or USA then I feel there is some good future promise in Canada.

no every story is a sob story. you got to make it happen. yes the 1st couple of years are difficult but i definitely feel there is something in store for everyone.

in 2 1/2 years with office skills (atleast you are IT) we have achieved quite a bit. one thing i miss about canada is not being able to frequent india often being shot leave, long journey and about all big air fare.
